The morning started early for me.  I met Bunky in Studio City, CA at 4:30am PST.  We were at a studio doing a couple satellite uplink interviews with CBS affiliates.  A couple pictures are located to the left in the gallery.  I will eventually have some video up when my computer decides to work.  This was a fun and really educational experience seeing how everything works.

After this, I was able to go back to sleep before the finale that afternoon.

I arrived at the CBS Studio City lot at about 3:15pm PST.  My girlfriend and grandma were with me and they were "walk-ins" so they didn't think they were going to get tickets to get in.

There was a line of about 200 people waiting to get in.  Luckily I was put on the VIP list from CBS.  I was one of about 20 people who was taken to the front of the line and then directly to the greenroom.  The people in the line who didn't have wristbands were sure giving me some nasty looks!  Oh well, all I knew was that I got guaranteed VIP seating.

On a side note, my girlfriend and grandma both made it into the audience at the last minute.

Emil and I had originally been placed near the top of the seats when a producer came in and escorted us to right along the runway where the houseguests walked.  These turned out to be great seats because we were on TV every two seconds... plus Emil was able to catch Mike Boogie's t-shirt that he threw in the audience.

We got to high-five every houseguest as they walked out of the house.  You might have noticed, but when James came out, you could see him grab my hand and say "Hi, Brian."  It was a lot of fun to see some "old friends."

Immediately following the show, the houseguests were escorted out of the studio so they didn't have to deal with the fans.  Luckily, Emil and I had blue VIP wristbands that gave us access to the greenroom after the show.  There was tons of food and plenty to drink... all provided by CBS.

After about 45 minutes of talking with Kaysar and Janelle's parents, the houseguests finally joined us at the party.  Everything happened so fast, but I do remember a couple things.  I remember taking with each of the houseguests and catching up with James, Howie, Sarah, and Rachel.  I also got to meet Kaysar and George, as well as everything else.  In addition, I also chatted with Executive Producers Arnold Shapiro and Allison Grodner, as well as Casting Director Robyn Kass.

At 8pm PST, we watched the taped show air on KCBS.  We all gathered around the TVs in the greenroom.  At one point I had Howie on my left and Kaysar and his parents on my right.  Danielle sure found Mike and Will in the diary room hysterical.

As the night went on, the party died down and the houseguests started to leave.  But before Chicken George and Howie left, they had to have one more light saber fight... I'm not sure on who won the final battle.

I am now home from California and will bring you more pictures and stories as soon as I catch up on some sleep.

But for now, we have listed on eBay the Chilltown T-Shirt that Mike Boogie threw in the audience.  Our very own Emil caught the shirt and the proceeds go toward next season's site!  You can bid here!

THE AFTER-PARTY

Everyone, I'm exhausted.  I am back at the hotel from the wrap party.  Emil and I were able to mingle with the evicted houseguests, minus the final four.  I should have a full recap on Wednesday when I get off the plane.

Emil and I have lined up some interview and radio shows with Marcellas, Janelle, James, Sarah, Chicken George, Howie, and a couple more.  Stay tuned for dates and times.

Also, Emil was the one in the audience who caught Mike Boogie's Chilltown t-shirt that was actually worn in the house.  We'll be auctioning it off for you guys soon!

We've got plenty of pictures from the wrap party that we will post, so don't leave us just because Big Brother is over.  Thanks for an amazing season.

HEADED TO THE FINALE

Well, the time has come.... Emil and I were just on Hollywood Blvd. interviewing some fans... but not many spoke English... go figure.

We are now headed to the CBS Studio Center in Studio City, CA.  We have VIP seating and are guaranteed tickets.  Look for us in the audience.  Emil is wearing a black shirt and I am wearing a blue shirt.

FINALE DAY-EARLY MORNING

I woke up early this morning to go meet Bunky (BB2) at a TV studio in Studio City.  We did a satellite interview with WMBD This Morning in Peoria, IL at 5:00am.  We had to get there at about 4:30.  Bunky called me at 4:45 and said "Brian, I can't make it... just kidding, I'm in the parking lot!"

I have posted some pictures from this morning and will add a video soon.

For lunch, I'll be meeting up with Emil soon and we'll be talking to some Big Brother fans.  Stay tuned!

DAY 02 IN HOLLYWOOD

Emil from WeLoveBigBrother.com has made it here safely to complete the WLBB Finale Coverage team.  We met up tonight and drove to Beverly Hills and ate at the wonderful McDONALDS!

Today, I attended the taping of the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and bought a Big Brother keychain.  They also take Housecalls in the same studio lot and I talked to Bunky and he had just left before our taping began.

Tuesday morning I will be waking up at 3:30am to meet Bunky at a studio to do some satellite interviews with CBS affiliates.  Then its to Hollywood Blvd. with Emil to talk with Big Brother fans.  And finally we're off to Studio City for the Big Brother finale!

I'll post some pictures from today when I have enough energy tomorrow!

ARRIVAL IN HOLLYWOOD

I have arrived safely in Hollywood.  I attended two tapings today of Family Feud because I have nothing else to do.  On Monday and Tuesday, we will bring you more pictures and hopefully some video interviews as we get them!  I have added some pictures of Hollywood that I took today.  I'll get some better ones tomorrow!  Good night from Hollywood, CA!
