WeLoveBigBrother.com -- Carol Journey, 21, the first houseguest to be voted out of the Big Brother 8 house, spoke to WeLoveBigBrother.com Friday morning about her recent eviction.
She said her short stay was not only due to Amber's more effective campaigning, but also her overall willingness to go home.
"I did a very good job of letting people know that I wanted to go home," she said. "You could tell from the very first minute I stepped into the house that I was just like I miss my family, my friend, I miss my home, I'm homesick..."
As far as being in the house with her enemy, Jessica, Carol said this was not the worst thing that could have happened.
"I honestly was not freaked out at all," she said. "I did not think it would be me because everyone was telling all these horrible stories of things that had happened to them in the past. Honestly, Jessica crossed my mind, but at the same time I was thinking that was eighth grade [and] that was so petty and miniscule that it would be nothing compared to what everyone else had to say."
In the meantime, Carol said she will be cheering for both Jen and Kail to go all the way this season.
"[I'm rooting for] Jen, simply because she's the underdog and I'm just proud of her," she said. "I think people underestimate her. And Kail just because she's so pure and she has no intentions of being deceitful and hateful and being dishonest throughout the game. She wants to do it the right way."
Carol said if she could turn back time, Big Brother might be an erased memory.
"Ask me again in a month and things may change, but at this point, no, I would not do it again," she said.
